Ger Madigan Regional Director - Dublin Office.


Gerard Madigan, Regional Director, began working with MPP as a Technician in 1992 and in conjunction with the company moved towards a more engineering role and qualified as a Structural Engineer through the IEI in 1998. He achieved Chartered Engineer status in 2001 and he has become one of the most valuable members of staff at MPP. In 2005 he was promoted to Regional Director and is continually proving himself as an excellent leader and an extremely competent and innovative engineer. Gerard has carried out the role of project manager for MPP on a wide range of projects over a number of years. Among his many successful projects are Park Place Office Development in Dublin, Herbert Park Office Hotel and Residential Development in Ballsbridge, Timber Mills Mixed Residential/Retail Development Artane Dublin, Charlotte Quay Apartment and Office Development Dublin (completed in 1998 and the tallest residential building in Ireland until recently), Crobally Housing Scheme Waterford and Goldenbridge Housing, St. Michaels Inchicore.

Gerard has been involved in all aspects of civil and structural engineering including the iconic Boyne Valley Cable Stayed Footbridge and the continuously expanding Foynes Harbour Deep Berth Facility.

Gerard is currently working on a number of large office developments, various schools, leisure centres at Roscrea and Tullamore and a 38m extension to St. Patricks Teacher Training College in Dumcondra, Dublin.
