John A. Collins BSc in IT, Associate Director - Limerick Office.

John joined the office in 1997 to formalise a tradition of Information Technology investment and integration.

He brings a broad IT perspective from working initialy in Electronics and then moving to computer field service in London's financial district. From there, he spent 5 years in Los Angeles in an IT manager role, managing a transition from mainframes to PC's and PC based servers and Networks, with e-mail and Internet strategies.

He continues that work at Michael Punch & Partners where he has consolidated existing expenditure, and managed the growth of reliance on IT services, such as file and print services, E-mail and Internet access. The implementation of a Web based design team collaboration project is currently in progress. A Wide Area Network using Frame Relay was implemented under his management.
